The ultimate chocolate indulgence. A chocolate-filled chocolate. No butter creams or fruit fillings here! A European-style truffle, the ganache is inside a thin chocolate shell. Because the shell is so thin in order to maximizing the amount of ganache - and the amount of enjoyment -- in each truffle, truffles may have some cracks. This does not compromise the quality if properly stored. Store truffles in the fridge for up to two weeks. Enjoy straight from the fridge if you just can't wait, or bring to room temperature to soften the ganache, and release the full flavour of the chocolate!
